Hudson Valley Knights Basketball

The Hudson Valley Basketball Club (HVBC) is a nonprofit organization which provides Mid-Hudson youth with an opportunity to play competitive amateur basketball. The Club is a member of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), and sponsors the Lady Knights basketball teams.

Dan Sherwood - 10U back to coaches Dan brings 12 years of coaching youth basketball ages 4-14 boys and girls, have attended and assisted at numerous clinics and workshops over the years. Dan has been involved with the HVK since 1999.
